AcctTwo, one of the nation’s leading providers of Sage Intacct’s cloud accounting software and of Managed Accounting Services announced that the firm has been honored with a Top Workplaces 2019 award by The Houston Chronicle. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“The Top Workplaces award is about much more than recognition and celebration,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “Our research also shows that these organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels. It just goes to show that being intentional about culture delivers bottom-line results.”
AcctTwo has grown from just 3 Houston-based employees in 2010 to more than 100 employees in 2019 across offices in Houston, Dallas, and Milford, CT (as well as several remote employees across the U.S.).
“Considering our growth rate, I’m particularly proud of the high marks we’ve gotten from our employees and for this recognition,” said Marcus Wagner, Founder and CEO of AcctTwo. “We take great pride in cultivating an environment where our employees can thrive because they are the key to not only our company’s success but also the success of our customers, and we’re incredibly honored to be recognized this year by the Houston Chronicle and Energage.”
