Acrisure, a fast-growing fintech leader that operates a top-10 global insurance broker and the largest independent Real Estate Services company in America, today announced members of its Insurance Leadership Team reporting to Grahame Millwater, President, Global Insurance.
The team consists of leaders who possess robust experience in P&C, Wholesale, Employee Benefits and other segments in North America and International. A testament to Acrisureâs Partner-driven model, 7 of the 8 members held senior roles within an Acrisure Agency Partner.

The updated Acrisure Insurance Leadership team includes:
- Matthew Kirk, President, North America, Retail
Matt joined Acrisure in 2022 from The Hartford and today has an expanded role focused on the financial success of the business including market leading organic growth, a total client offering, achieving operational excellence including a sales acceleration and talent development infrastructure, embracing technology as a client and operational differentiator, and delivering the best products and underwriting capacity in the market.
- Andy Schutt, Head of Global Insurance Operations
A former Partner, Andy is focused on leading the operational infrastructure, management and financial reporting associated with Acrisureâs Insurance division.
- Bob Arowood, President, North America, P&C Wholesale
Bob joined Acrisure earlier in the year via its acquisition of Appalachian Underwriters, where he serves as CEO. In this position, Bob leads Acrisureâs entire Wholesale effort in North America, focused on seeing Acrisure become one of the largest wholesalers in the world.
- Steve Brown, Head of Private Risk Advisors
Steve joined Acrisure via its acquisition of Hoffman Brown in late 2021. He is recognized in the High Net Worth Insurance world and in this leadership role leads Acrisureâs strategy and planning in the HNW segment.
- Jason Howard, President, International
Jason is responsible for Acrisureâs growing International business, which operates in several countries such as the UK, Canada, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Brazil and Bermuda. Jason joined Acrisure via its acquisition of Beach & Associates, now Acrisure Re, one of the worldâs preeminent reinsurance brokers.
- Seth Denson, Head of Employee Benefits
Seth joined Acrisure in 2019 via its acquisition of GDP Advisors. He is well-known for his perspectives in healthcare and serves as an expert and resource to Acrisureâs Partners and clients.
- Mike Natalizio, Head of Partner Engagement and Transformation
Mike joined Acrisure as the CEO of HNI Risk Services, acquired by Acrisure in 2019. Trusted by his fellow Partners, Mike is adept at gathering AP input toward transformational topics and turning those into actionable plans to take the Company forward.
