Eljona takes over from Alan Rios, who has recently stepped into the CIO role. Eljona has built a robust career in Private Banking, managing high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client relationships over the past eight years. Her previous roles at J.P. Morgan and Citi Private Bank have equipped her with deep expertise in banking, asset allocation, and relationship management. In her new position at Stratus, Eljona will focus on maintaining strong ties with existing investors while establishing new connections through transparent communication and regular updates.
