Inszone Insurance Services: a rapidly growing, national provider of benefits, personal and commercial lines insurance, announced today the acquisition of Precision Insurance.
Precision Insurance was opened in November of 2017 by Heather McBroom. Heather had worked at her mother’s insurance agency for 18 years, mostly in personal lines, before adding experience in the commercial side and eventually moving to a larger agency. Working for a company with a commercial clientele primarily made up of large businesses, she became very passionate about providing premier services to small businesses. She worried that the threshold to become an agent was too low and saw many of the well-educated commercial agents spending their time on larger company accounts, leaving a gap in the quality of service for the smaller businesses. She opened Precision Insurance with the intention to support small businesses in mitigating their risk and help them as their business grew, with the same attention to detail given to large companies.
“Heather has been a pillar in the support of small businesses and their insurance needs in the Colorado area and we look forward to providing her clients with the same personalized service while adding the additional resources available from a larger agency,” says Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services. “We are excited that Heather has the opportunity to pursue her passion in other avenues, supporting small businesses by teaching entrepreneurship at a non-profit, and she continues to be an advocate for her clients.”
Inszone Insurance is expected to announce a number of important acquisitions in the upcoming months as it continues to build its national presence.
