Momnt, a leading fintech company specializing in real-time lending and payment solutions, today announced the strategic expansion of its executive leadership team with the appointments of Ryan Brennan as Chief Business Officer, Cara Rivera as Chief Operating Officer, and Lindsay McAndrew as Chief Product Officer. These appointments accentuate Momnt’s commitment to driving innovation and accelerating growth in the embedded finance space.
Ryan Brennan Joins Momnt as Chief Business Officer
Brennan brings over two decades of experience as a portfolio manager, trader, fintech operator, advisor, and consultant to Momnt. Previously a Board Observer and strategic consultant for Momnt, Brennan has a proven track record of success in the fintech industry.
“Over the last several years, I’ve watched Momnt grow to where it is today, first as a Board Observer and then as a strategic consultant,” said Brennan. “I am thrilled to officially join the team to drive future growth and help the company thrive in its next lifecycle.”
As CBO, Brennan will focus on strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiencies, and oversee crucial business elements.
Cara Rivera Appointed Chief Operating Officer
Rivera has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, building on her impactful tenure at Momnt since 2022. Initially joining as Director of Strategy and Operations, and subsequently serving as Chief of Staff, Rivera has been instrumental in optimizing business processes and driving enterprise-wide initiatives.

Lindsay McAndrew Appointed Chief Product Officer
McAndrew, who joined Momnt in 2020, has been a driving force behind the company’s product innovation. With 15 years of experience in financial technology and payments processing, she brings deep expertise in product management, partner integrations, and operational execution.
