Centerview Partners, a leading independent investment banking advisory firm, announced today that Olga Lewis has joined the firm as a Partner in its New York office. Lewis joins Centerview from Goldman Sachs, where she most recently served as Managing Director in the Consumer Retail investment banking group, focused on covering retail, restaurants, branded apparel, and personal care.

Lewis has over 17 years of experience advising companies in the consumer and retail sectors on key strategic and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, activism defense, corporate carve outs and capital markets transactions, including debt and equity raises. Her recent transaction experience includes advising Maui Jim on its sale to Kering, Spanx on its sale to Blackstone, Tractor Supply on its acquisition of Orscheln and Tata Harper on its sale to Amore Pacific. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2006, Lewis served as an Assistant Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University â Kellogg School of Management.
