ReSource Pro, a leader in operations, analytics, and technology solutions for the insurance industry, today announced the appointment of Rob Marinello as Senior Director of Partnerships and Advisory. In this role, Marinello will spearhead the expansion and formalization of the company’s Partnership Program.

Leadership with deep industry experience
Marinello brings more than two decades of experience across the insurance and technology sectors, including roles at Ivans, a division of Applied Systems. He has built and managed partnerships involving carriers, MGAs, agents, and brokers, with a focus on automation, data integration, and operational enablement.
