Trading and Wealth Management technology provider Openmarkets Group Pty Ltd, has entered into a plan of merger and business combination agreement (“BCA”) with Lake Superior Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (NASDAQ: LKSPU).
