Leading insurtech provider, Zywave, today released its 2024 Stewardship Report detailing how the company is helping to boost customer growth through the continued enhancement of its digital products and services. Highlights from 2024 include:
- Completed 460+ product releases to improve product performance, enhance user experience, and maximize customer ROI
- Across all lines of business, Zywave’s rating, quoting and connectivity solutions saw significant growth with total quote volume increasing by 16% and premium quoted growing by 31%, versus the previous year
- Hosted four flagship thought leadership events and over 40 complimentary webinars
- Launched Cyber Quoting solution with embedded benchmarking and loss data
- Introduced Broker Search in the miEdge Employee Benefits platform, delivering detailed information on 6,000 potential broker partners

Notable achievements from the past year include:
Helping customers grow through industry expertise: Zywave hosted four impactful thought leadership conferences: Casualty Insights; Cyber Risk Insights (London and New York); and the Cyber Risk Awards. Comprised of 36 learning sessions, combined they attracted 1,885 attendees and over 150 speakers.
Zywave also hosted 43 complimentary webinars on topics such as employment law compliance trends, producer productivity, and cyber distribution. Within Zywave’s Content Cloud solution, over 3,000 new pieces of content were created, and more than 10,000 additional resources were refreshed.
More than 4,000 customers attended live instructor-led training at Zywave University. This included 78,000 users, and more than 10,000 course enrollments.
Growth in rating, quoting and connectivity: In 2024, Zywave strengthened its position as the largest enabler of digital quoting in the industry. Across all lines of business, quote volume grew by 16% and premium quoted increased by 31%, versus the previous year. In Commercial Lines, quote volume within MGA Hub increased 27% YoY. In Personal Lines, Zywave expanded the carrier offering by 19 carriers in 16 states and quoting grew by 15% YoY. And within Employee Benefits, quote volume is up 175% across 100,000 plans from more than 1,000 carriers.
Award-winning service excellence: Zywave’s passion for delivering superior customer service was recognized with four Silver and Bronze awards in the Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Judges praised Zywave’s innovative use of data to proactively identify improvement areas in the business, drive change in customer support, and increase employee efficiency and engagement.
Zywave was also named in research firm Fintech Global’s InsurTech100 list. The list highlights the leading innovators developing solutions to the critical challenges facing the insurance sector in coming years.
Cyber Quoting launch: Zywave launched an innovative, centralized cyber quoting platform, which brings together global cyber insurers and U.S. distributers through a simplified, transparent data collection process that provides key insights into coverage submission and collection. An industry first, the platform features data embedded into quoting workflows to provide exclusive insights into coverage levels using industry data and loss profiles. With the addition of Zywave’s built-in, proprietary limit adequacy data, users benefit from even more insights into potential coverage models, identifiable loss gaps, and benchmarking common coverage levels within the product.
Cyber Quoting gives cyber insurers and distributors expanded market access and offers a broader selection of coverage to help accelerate distribution, enabling insurers and distributors to develop new cyber insurance products, adapt to market changes, and stay ahead of emerging risks.
Introduced Broker Search: Enhanced the miEdge Employee Benefits platform with the launch of the Broker Search experience, empowering insurers, service providers, and brokers to seamlessly access detailed information on 6,000 potential broker partners and connect with a vast network of more than 350,000 insurance professionals.
