Lewis comes to Accruit with a diverse background in real estate that includes brokerage, residential and commercial development, and financial services.

Lewis, who has facilitated hundreds of tax-deferred exchanges during his career, comes to Accruit from Old Republic, one of the country’s largest title insurance underwriters, where he managed sales and marketing for their 1031 exchange company, Old Republic Exchange. fintech news
Located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Lewis’ professional affiliations include Urban Land Institute, U.S. Green Building Council, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, MetroTex Association of Realtors, Texas Real Estate Commission, Texas Department of Insurance, Texas Land Title Association, and the National Association of Home Builders.
