United Insurance Group Agency, Inc. (UIG) announced today that Andrew Hargett has assumed the new role of President of Call Center Operations. Hargett joined UIG in 2019.
“Andrew has transformed UIG’s distribution model,” said Daniel G. Schmedlen, Jr., chief executive officer of LTC Global, UIG’s parent. “Andrew’s understanding of call center needs and operational challenges has enabled UIG to build meaningful partnerships with many large external call centers. As a result, UIG’s sales have increased significantly over the past two years,” said Schmedlen.
