ICV Partners Announces Appointment of Matthew Kearney as CEO of LeadingResponse

Private equity firm ICV Partners has named Matthew Kearney CEO of LeadingResponse, the nation’s leading marketing solutions company serving the professional services industry.

Kearney joins LeadingResponse as Charles DallAcqua, the CEO since 2014, retires from day-to-day management. DallAcqua will continue to work with the company in his new role as senior advisor and board member.

Prior to joining LeadingResponse, Kearney was CEO of Screenvision, where he led the leading digital cinema advertising through strong growth to a successful sale; oversaw the launch of the Daily MailOnline in the U.S., helping it to become a global leader in online news; and served as Executive Chairman of Talent Partners, a Carlyle Group-backed advertising technology company.

He serves on the boards of Priority Technology Holdings Inc (Nasdaq: PRTH), and Rockbridge Growth Equity owned GSTV, LLC.
