The Wall Street Technology Association (WSTA®), an industry organization that provides technology and business professionals in the financial industry a forum to learn from and connect with each other, is pleased to welcome Don Anderson, Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and Michael Santoro, E*TRADE, to its 2020 Board of Directors.

Don Anderson, Senior Vice President & CIO, Federal Reserve Bank of Boston
At the Boston Fed, Don is responsible for the Bank’s IT and cyber security functions as well as leading the Federal Reserve System’s ERP Transformation. In 2017, he was awarded the Boston CIO of the Year ORBiE award by the Boston Business Journal and Boston CIO Leadership Association.

Don holds a BS degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Bentley University, serves on the Boards of the Advanced Cyber Security Center (ACSC) and Boston CIO Leadership Association and is an active member of the Dana Farber Leadership Council (DFLC).

Michael Santoro, VP, Institutional Advisory Products, E*TRADE
Michael is an accomplished executive with both Business and IT Executive experience for twenty plus years in Financial Services, Management Consulting and Technology. He possesses significant strategic and tactical expertise in business and technology transformation. He applies practical Lean and Agile principles to mindsets and workflow leading to the creation of effective operating models with an emphasis on Solution Delivery. Michael has been married for 20 years to his wife Marian and has three teenage daughters. He likes to spend his spare time with family usually on a softball field coaching and training youth sports. He is also the co-founder of the Central Jersey Force Softball Organization.

The WSTA would like to thank its Board of Directors for volunteering their time, experience and expertise which allows the organization to continue to serve as a valuable resource for the financial industry.
