From mortgage sales talent recruitment to rapport building and skills nurturing, the two new additions will serve as top promoters of the GO Mortgage brand. The Business Development Managers will also play a critical role in strategizing and overseeing the growth of talent for the company.
In her previous roles, Andrea has overseen recruitment operations and served as Sales and Branch Managers where she transformed growth through process improvement and employee development.
Travis joins the GO Mortgage team with more than 20 years in C-suite recruitment, talent management, and succession planning. He also has served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and National Sales Recruitment Manager.
