Star, the largest research organization serving the commercial real estate industry, has awarded The Mogharebi Group with the 2019 CoStar Power Broker Award for the Fresno and Bakersfield Metropolitan Areas
The award recognizes professionals and firms who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals and leads in their respective markets. The CoStar Power Broker Award program has honored the industry’s elite for 20 years. This year’s award goes to The Mogharebi Group, a multifamily investment banking group with offices located throughout California.
“Receiving this award is an honor and a complement to our deep level of commitment to make sure our clients come first before any other considerations,” says founder and President, Alex Mogharebi. “Hard work, dedication, and loyalty drives our firm and relationships. Combined with specialized local knowledge and our proprietary 1031 exchange platform, we provide a value proposition that is unrivaled throughout the Central Valley and California.”
“We are only as good as the value we deliver and the trust that emerges from our relationships. This is a core reason why our Central Valley team has won the CoStar Broker Award every year since 2010. We could not have achieved this success without the partnership of our loyal and dedicated clientele,” says Senior Vice President, Robin Kane.
“Our focus on building sustained long-term relationships over transactions, and quality over quantity has had a big impact in helping our clients create wealth,” said Senior Vice President, Mark Bonas. “We look forward to continued success with our clients for many years to come.”
“With such an active year in commercial real estate, CoStar is proud to honor the firms and brokers who perform at the industry’s highest level,” said CoStar Group founder and CEO Andrew C. Florance. “These industry leaders deserve to be recognized for their hard work, expertise and superior deal-making abilities. We extend our congratulations to this year’s winners on their hard-earned achievement.”
