A cryptocurrency miner that focuses on bitcoin, Riot Blockchain, has appointed Gateway Investor Relations, leading strategic financial communications, and capital markets advisory company, to provide investor relations and consulting services to the organization.
Gateway is a strategic financial communications company specializing in advising public organizations across a broad range of industry classifications. Established in 1999, the company provides high-level capital markets consulting, corporate communications, and investor outreach. The organization is also particularly experienced in helping technology companies access and effectively navigate the U.S. capital markets.
Gateway will work closely with Riot management to build and deploy a comprehensive capital markets program. Also, Gateway will be assisting Riot management in organizing non-deal roadshows and securing invitations to choose financial conferences including the Gateway Conference for over the coming months.
